With an average fund size of $56,000 opening a Community Fund can seem daunting; but they can be opened with $5,000. The Foundation also started the Davie Community Impact Fund right from the beginning of operation. It is a fund that everyone in the community can contribute to in any amount, at any time. The importance of the Davie Community Impact Fund is that it provides a place for everyone who wishes to give to improve the lives of Davie County residents to participate.

As you have seen over the summer months, there are many in our community who wish to change the lives of our students by investing in their education through scholarships administered by the Davie Community Foundation! These are important investments by generous people who understand the value of education. There are other generous people in Davie County who choose to invest in our community through the foundation but do it in a much broader way.
