Crenshaw Family Scholarship
Helen Page Crenshaw was a wonderful person and educator. Upon her death in 2013, the Crenshaw Family Scholarship was established by her bequest to honor their family of educators. The Crenshaw family continues to believe in the importance of Education, desiring to honor their heritage and invest in future students through their scholarship.
Family Educators include Charles R. Crenshaw I (deceased), Helen Page Crenshaw (deceased), Charles R. Crenshaw II, Patsy Davis Crenshaw and Charles R. Crenshaw III. They have all mentored and touched numerous lives throughout their outstanding careers. They value family, education and thrift. Each understands the importance of Education and has a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
The family continues Helen’s tradition of helping other young people pursue careers in teaching through their family scholarship.
The Crenshaw Family Scholarship is available to a high school senior or college student pursuing a degree in Education who wants to teach. Consideration will be given for academic achievement, leadership, character, involvement, citizenship, community service, and need for financial assistance .
